last week we have heard from news that both "Google Powermeter" and "Microsoft Holm" are going to end their services. why did they fail? according to smartgridnews, it is they didn't care any about what's customers or utilities thinking. the customers must have more than just able to watch their usage over the time, they need a smart system!!
